My background

10 years omni-channel marketing experience working with top tier brands at both small and large ad agencies.  

Throughout my career, I've worked in both Account Management and Creative Strategy roles, making me uniquely equipped to develop insightful plans that capture attention and drive business.  

What I do now

After 5 great years with the Ogilvy Toronto office where I played a key role in increasing client revenues by enhancing agency offerings through content and social expertise, I was transferred to the New York office in March 2016 to develop creative strategy and execution plans for both US and Global clients.


I work very closely with both platform and media partners such as Facebook, Google, Snapchat, Twitter, Conde Nast, Time, Vox and more.


My experience in brand, digital, social, ECRM and content strategy all come into play when developing omni-channel programs designed to drive consumers through the purchase journey for key clients such as Unilever, Nestle, Kimberly-Clark and more.

I've been doing brand social strategy since 2009, and have extensive knowledge on leveraging platform tools and targeting to achieve results.  

Fun fact: I taught myself FBXML code so I could develop custom tabs on Facebook in the day.  All in the name of creative strategy and driving business!

I've been performing on stages since I was 10 years old.  This experience has transferred into my marketing career and has made me a confident and persuasive presenter with the ability to read the audience and adapt as needed.  Thanks improv!

Consumer Journey Expert

I eat, sleep and breathe consumer journey.  I'm seriously obsessed with it, and how it varies from vertical to vertical.  My greatest joy is a perfectly executed plan that captures consumer awareness and seamlessly leads them straight through to purchase.  All while they didn't even know they were on a journey to begin with.  #magic

Sr Content Strategist - Social, Digital, 360 Planning

  • Craft omni-channel content strategies for major brands such as Perrier, Huggies, Dove, Kleenex, Motorola, Lenovo, San Pellegrino and BlackRock Financial.
  • Day-to-day deliverables can include consumer journey modeling, market research/focus group analysis, leveraging research to glean insights, briefing creative teams, ensuring content aligns to platform best practices, developing content distribution strategies and optimizing in-market efforts to drive business results. 
  • Work closely with teams from Google, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, Conde Nast, Time Inc. and more to develop and execute branded content programs and to stay ahead of latest trends and innovations within digital/social media platforms. 
  • Provide thought-leadership presentations to clients and agency partners on branded content and content strategy  

Digital/Social Content Strategist + Account Management Roles

Ogilvy & Mather Toronto                                                                         2011 - 2016


  • Spearheaded the set up and implementation of the Ogilvy & Mather Toronto content division and social practice. Ran both divisions for 2 years and lead teams across a number of accounts. 
  • A key member of the New Business team, adding valuable contributions to client pitches from a social/digital/content strategy perspective. 
  • In account management roles, lead client contact for major clients such as Dove and Kimberly-Clark Brands, managed program budgets and led inter-agency planning teams.
  • A driving force behind the expansion of the Kimberly-Clark portfolio within the Ogilvy Toronto office. During agency review, senior clients specifically called out my contributions as highlights of brand programs, and have cited these contributions as a reason for awarding the agency more business on additional brands in the portfolio.
